Cancellation Policy
By booking any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure smooth scheduling, fairness, and professionalism for all parties. Booking Requirements Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the requested services at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a 50% cancellation fee or a deduction from any ongoing service hours. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Frequent rescheduling (more than twice per session) may result in a $25 administrative fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Missed appointments under service plans will result in the corresponding time being deducted from the plan. Late Arrivals Clients are expected to arrive (or join online sessions) on time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session forfeited or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. Payment Terms All payments must be completed prior to the start of the session. Outstanding balances may lead to appointment cancellation or refusal of future service. Provider’s Right to Reschedule In rare circumstances, the provider may need to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen events. A replacement session will be offered at no additional cost. Communication All cancellations, changes, and rescheduling requests must be made via email or the official booking platform. Informal communications (e.g., text, social media messages) may not be accepted. Legal Notice Results from consulting and advisory services are not guaranteed. Outcomes are based on the client’s actions, efforts, and implementation of advice. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that the provider is not legally responsible for any results or lack thereof. The services provided are advisory in nature and fall under consulting service protections, disclaiming liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes. You agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results following any service received.
